Position Overview: As a Retail Sales/Social Media Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand’s online presence and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This multifaceted role combines retail sales with social media management to create a unique and engaging customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create original and compelling social media content, including posts, reels, tweets, and pins, following a content calendar.
• Manage and grow our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.
• Interact with customers and followers, responding to comments and inquiries promptly.
• Drive traffic to our physical store through online engagement and promotions.
• Assist customers in-store with their fitness needs, providing exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute marketing campaigns.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through effective product knowledge and customer engagement.
