Pay Range: $21 – $24 /hour + Commission

Type: Part-Time/Full-Time

Hours: Mon & Wed 10am – 5pm + Fri & every other Sat 10am – 4pm

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to delivering an outstanding shopping experience to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Support:

   • Manage and coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency.
   • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries.
   • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and faxes.

2. Documentation and Record Keeping:

   • Maintain and organize physical and electronic files and records.
   • Assist in the preparation of reports, documents, and presentations.
   • Update and manage databases with accuracy and attention to detail.

3. Office Supplies and Equipment:

   • Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed.
   • Coordinate maintenance and repairs for office equipment.

4. Communication and Coordination:

   • Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders.
   • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

5. Assist HR and Management:

   • Support human resources functions, including new employee onboarding.
   • Assist in organizing company events and activities.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Passion for fitness and a basic understanding of fitness equipment and accessories.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks.
