DragonFly Access Controls – Request Account Deletion

To request that your DragonFly Access Controls account be deleted:

1. Fill out the following form:

• Name
• Email address
• DragonFly Access Controls username

1. Click the “Submit” button.

Once you submit this form, we will review your request and delete your account as soon as possible. Please note that we may need to retain some of your data for a period of time after your account is deleted, such as for legal or regulatory reasons.

The following types of data will be deleted when your account is deleted:

• Your DragonFly Access Controls username and password
• Your DragonFly Access Controls profile information
• All of your DragonFly Access Controls data, such as your device configuration and access control settings

We may retain the following types of data for a period of time after your account is deleted:

• Aggregated usage data, which does not identify you personally
• Log data, which may contain your IP address and other device identifiers

We will retain this data for as long as necessary to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.
