Return Window

Items must be returned to us within these timeframes to be eligible for a refund.
Refunds & Fees

Refunds apply to product only.

Original shipping and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected for damage.

Approved refunds are processed within 24 business hours of inspection but may take 7–10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or card provider.

Exchanges
Exchanges are available in-store for qualifying items.

Refund Confirmation
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or denial within 7 business days.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only. No exceptions.
