No Direct Shipping
Columbia Fitness does not ship fitness equipment via common carriers (UPS, FedEx, freight, or postal services).
Order Fulfillment Options
All equipment orders are fulfilled using one of the following methods:

Local Pickup at our Kennewick, Washington showroom

Local Delivery & Professional Installation by Columbia Fitness technicians
Delivery method availability depends on the product and customer location.
Handling Time
Handling time is the period between when an order is placed and when it is ready for pickup or delivery scheduling.

In-stock items: 1–3 business days

Special-order or made-to-order items: 7–21 business days
Once handling is complete, our team will contact you to confirm availability and schedule pickup or delivery and installation.
Delivery & Installation Area
Local delivery and installation are available within approximately 3 hours driving distance of Kennewick, Washington.
Orders outside this service area are not eligible for delivery.
Delivery & Installation Rates
Delivery and installation pricing is based on distance from our showroom:

16–30 miles: $75

31–50 miles: $175

51–75 miles: $250

76–100 miles: $375

101–130 miles: $500

Beyond 130 miles: Custom quote required
Delivery and installation fees will be confirmed prior to scheduling.
Delivery Timing
Most products require 1–3 weeks for availability depending on the item.
Delivery and installation are scheduled by appointment after checkout.
